thanks a lot for your interest in joining UFOs, but I regret to have to inform you that we decided against your recruitment, due to your low Battle Rank and no way to inspect your past performance (no statistics of your gameplay). From time to time you are invited to join us on Thursdays in our TeamSpeak (ts.ufo-gaming.com) to play with us in Public Tactical Operations, but without the implication of guaranteed recruitment. If/when you reach Battle Rank 60, you can reapply, and we'll consider your application once again, with our required criteria in mind, ofcourse.
