Thank you for the interest in joining Unidentified Fighting Objects (UFOs), devor110. We had some reservations about your young age, but decided to give you a chance. Be advised, though, that we're not responsible for any traumas or offense you might experience on our Teamspeak or in our squads, which is also written in our Official Code of Conduct. 
Your application has been accepted, therefore we welcome you to the outfit as a member with the Trialist status! Please note that the trial period lasts for an undisclosed, arbitrary amount of time, ie. you will get promoted to Member when we see fit. In that time your gameplay will be observed, and evaluated. You will be expected to hang around in our Teamspeak, and actively participate in our events, such as Tuesdays and Sundays Tactical Operations, Wednesday/Thursdays trainings and daily casual/semi-casual squads. Real life considerations (no time because of work, family, health...) are always taken into account.
You should now do four things, if you haven't yet already:
1. Read the Code of Conduct carefully - http://ufo-gaming.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=277,
2. Create a proper forum account,
3. Come to our Teamspeak (ts.ufo-gaming.com), where you will be assigned the Trialist server group and given necessary permissions, and obviously
4. Contact the UFOs administration (Leaders/Officers) in game, so you can get an outfit invite.
If any questions arise, please contact the officers (Seerious, Jemi, MrBasher), or one of the leaders (f4ll0ut, Magre, RandomFaze).

I´m sorry to ask, but how can you have a 26% accuracy and a 47% HSR but still struggles with a 1.8 KDR?

I have good aim but generally shitty positioning and avareness, my goal is to improve on those. BTW my recent kds have been better at between 3 and 4 but there is definiely some space for improvement
